TEAM Talk: New online format for knowledge exchange

With the TEAM Talk, EADT eV is launching an interactive online format for the targeted exchange of knowledge. For one hour, the focus is on a specific topic and is examined from different sides; short – crisp – intense.

The team spirit is deeply rooted at EADT eV. The focus of the specialist society is the exchange between the professions (dentistry, dental technology, science, materials science, dental technology). With the TEAM Talk, the club now offers – in addition to TEAM day and for TEAM blog – another building block for knowledge transfer. As with the other EADT formats, participants are actively involved. The interactive exchange addresses topics from everyday work in the practice, laboratory and dental technology.

The focus of every TEAM talk (online) is three central questions about a topic. Experts will answer these questions during the talk session from the different perspectives of EADT eV (dentistry, dental technology, science and dental technology). Participants receive reliable, well-founded information for everyday work and can ask questions.

TEAM Talk thrives on the participation principle

The participants are listeners and participants at the same time and are therefore an indispensable part of the TEAM talk. First, the specific questions are discussed and then discussed. Everyone can have their say because everyone is an expert in their field. A well-prepared moderation ensures a targeted exchange of ideas and concise results. The topic is examined clearly and focused in 60 minutes. Open questions are collected and, if necessary, used for another TEAM talk. Following the talk, EADT eV creates a summary of the most important points.
